Picksale Payments Made Simple with Stripe!

Stripe is the payment solution used on Picksale to manage transactions for your online shop. To start processing payments for your shop, you'll need to create a Stripe account. Efficient, simple, and secure, Stripe is trusted by small businesses and a variety of bigger businesses and organizations (British Council, Slack, Flipdish, and many more!).

Create an account

To begin, go to your dashboard. If no Stripe account is associated with your shop, you will see the following message:

Click on the “Configure Stripe” button.

Follow the instructions on the Stripe website, and your Picksale account will be automatically linked to your Stripe account.

The payment page will reflect the colors and logo you've chosen for your shop. Your shop is now ready to process payments!

Orders and Payments Dashboard

Stripe provides a comprehensive dashboard where you can view all your receipts in detail. Each order generates a Stripe receipt that you can access from your order management dashboard on Picksale.

Payment Fees

Stripe charges a fee for each payment, depending on the payment method. You can check their detailed price range on their website. On the Picksale platform, a 5% fee is applied to each sale made from the free beta plan.

How to refund ?

You can cancel a payment before it’s completed at no cost, or you can refund all or part of a payment after it succeeds, which might incur a fee.

Refunds use your available Stripe balance. If your available balance doesn’t cover the refund amount, Stripe debits the remaining amount from your bank account or holds the refund as pending until you top up your account balance.

Unlink your account

You can unlink your Stripe account from Picksale by accessing your settings at the bottom of the page in the danger zone.
